Start with a free intake
During a call or meeting we will start by getting to know each other. You can tell me all your wishes, needs and goals and we will talk about the first steps on how to achieve them.
Tailor made
Together we'll make the perfect, tailor-made training schedule that fits your needs. Flexible hours, just the right exercises, and if you need even mental guidance or a nutritional plan.
The buddy system
When training alone it's always helpfull to have a buddy right next to you, to keep motivating you. With good music and fun and laughter, working out will be something you look forward to. Got a buddy of your own? Perfect, because Personal Training is also possible for couples of two.
All done?
Never. Even if you reach your first goals, there is always something new on the horizon. And don't forget that reaching your goals also means maintaining them. Together we will always keep working on being the best version of you.
